Giving
Reaching Colombia for ChristGoing is only part of the mission trip.
Prayer and financial assistance is what makes it happen!
ABM is a Florida non-profit organization that is reaching Colombia with the Good News of Jesus Christ! If you are unable to go physically on a mission trip, that doesn’t mean you can’t be part of the mission team. ABM needs prayer warriors- “for we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in heavenly places” (Ephesians 6:12) and people to help us financially. We depend on your support to go!
Your generous contributions will truly demonstrate a level of compassion and genuine care towards the people of Colombia. One hundred percent of your contribution will go towards the providing mission scholarships and/or humanitarian relief as you direct based on the descriptions below. ABM is a qualified nonprofit under section 501(C) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code and accordingly your contribution is fully tax deductible. For your records, ABM’s tax identification number is 27-0436989.
Scholarship Fund
A donation supporting the ABM Missions Scholarship Fund will help financially challenged individuals take part in a mission trip. Not everyone has-the means to take an overseas mission trip, but everyone should have the opportunity if they feel God calling them to do so. We want to give as many people as possible the chance to spread the word and love of Jesus Christ. Let’s help them do it!
Humanitarian Relief
ABM acknowledges that the ultimate human need is to know God. We also believe that He has called us to be compassionate in this broken world. ABM is supporting the humanitarian needs of the Wayuu Indians, an Unreached People Group, in the areas of water, nutrition, sanitation, transportation, and spiritual growth. The Wayuu people live in a desert region of Colombia where there has not been any rain in over three years. The extremely dry condition has severely hampered the ability of the Wayuu’s to meet even minimal food requirements resulting in the death of 2-3 children per month. The average child has 1 meal a day at lunch consisting of 1 piece of bread and a small bowl of starch soup. Although the Colombian government is aware of the dire living conditions of these people, it has done little to help solve the problem. To our knowledge there is only a handful of Christianand other relief organizations operating in this area. THE NEED IS REAL AND IT IS GREAT!
